Soul Alignment

Soul Alignment

Connecting to the sound of you

Licht Transformation Blau WeißWhat does it mean to align to your soul?  We all have a purpose or calling as to why we are here.  There is an intention and a desire to express this intention into manifestation that guides our life behind the scenes so to speak.  Some people refer to this as a blueprint, which is a map of sorts that we follow consciously or unconsciously.  It is what brings particular people and experiences to us, it’s responsible for the perspectives and views we have about life, and it lays the foundation for our beliefs, all so that we can learn/express a particular theme which we came here to play out.

Many people are not aware of their blueprint or what they came here to learn and share.  It’s as if a cloud came over our knowing and blocked the ray of sunlight of awareness of our soul.  Thus we experience this subtle, or not so subtle for some, feeling of disconnection and confusion nearly continuously.  We have become so accustomed to feeling this way that we’ve normalized disconnection and come to seek stability, safety and comfort in this external world rather than seek an inner knowing of ourselves.

In order to hear the sound of your soul the desire must arise inside of you to know yourself.  The clouds that lay over your knowing are thick making it appear as if they are solid, impenetrable structures from which nothing can see through.  The only impulse that can pierce those seemingly solid clouds is your intensely committed and focused energy to know what is on the other side of them.  It is through the intensity of your commitment and focus to know yourself that you make contact with your soul and see your blueprint, your purpose and calling for being incarnated as who you are now.

Aligning with and hearing your soul requires your complete devotion to that single focus above all else.  That means above what you sometimes think is supposed to happen or want to happen.  It requires full detachment from the physical person-centric life as a source of comfort and a resting into nonphysical aspects of yourself.  Your commitment to your purpose for incarnation and what you are here to learn/express must be prioritized more than any material or relational comfort you find yourself attached to.  It must become your default reference point so that in each and every moment your every thought and action comes from being rested in your soul.  It is from here that true clarity, connection and knowingness arises, which is an inherent effect of you knowing yourself.

Becoming your calling

Your calling made manifest

JourneyKnowing your calling requires that you hear the call.  What called you here?  Was it the sound of millions or even billions of people asking for help and seeking clarity and connection despite feeling lost and separate?  For many of us here at this time it is this very thing that called us into incarnation.  We came to shine light, express love and assist people in reconnecting and remembering themselves.  This calling that we have all answered, that has brought us here in this very moment, has also allowed us to bring our perspectives, our energetic templates and ways of seeing and knowing here with us.  The perspectives that we carry may not be novel to us, but they are novel for many people on this planet.  Novel perspectives (plus our inherent energetic constitutions) allow for different seeing, which brings with it new possibilities for creation on this planet.

Most of our callings are simple.  To be who we are and share how we see is what creates an impact, yet many of us get lost when we come here to this planet.  We forget ourselves by getting consumed with the perspectives of our immediate environment which narrow and shut down our forgetting even further.  Our focus gets wrapped up in what the collective values and because we’ve lost sight of ourselves we follow the collective unconscious/asleep crowd.  We devalue our knowings and our perspectives until we no longer even remember them.  This is how we forget and how we stop hearing the call that brought us here in the first place.

The good news is that you are your calling.  There isn’t any special thing that you need to do or add to yourself.  You had everything you needed to complete your calling before you were even born.  That should feel relieving.  You already know and have all the resources that you need to be yourself even if you have forgotten why you are here.  However to feel the fulfillment that comes with living your calling it is helpful to learn to connect to and remember it.  If you don’t you may feel like you are drifting rather than feeling that deliberate, intentional, purpose driven life.

The truth is you are always in alignment, you are always in some way answering the call that called you here, because just by your very being you cannot not be.  Yet your experience may not always feel like it is aligned to you.  This is important.  This is the way that you are directing and guiding your own self.  You must listen to when you feel out of alignment and follow whatever impulse or intuition you must to feel in alignment again, because this is where deep fulfillment lives.  When you feel fulfilled and aligned you perceive a universe that is abundant and perfect.  Don’t forget that your perspective is what creates the universe you experience and thus reality.  This is the very reality that you came here to help the collective you see differently.  So by bringing yourself into right relationship and perspective within yourself you answer your calling.  This is the difference between consciously being your calling rather than unconsciously being it.  You have a responsibility to yourself to hear the call and align yourself fully with the call, so that you are consciously creating this thing called life and bringing into manifestation the world you truly desire.

Claiming what you want

Claiming what you want

Finding the fuel for change

28365465 - fictional forest hunter girl with bow and arrowThere are a thousand million reasons why we don’t claim what we want.  We think we aren’t worth it, can’t have it, don’t deserve it, are incapable of it, don’t know how to claim it, aren’t qualified, and on and on.  In fact frequently we keep our desires hidden even from ourselves.  We don’t want anyone to see what we really want because we feel shame, inadequacy or unworthy of what we desire.  Often underneath it all we feel that what we desire might un-include us from our groups, friends, families or society.  If we really investigate our relationship with desire we might even find that we have a negative relationship to desire itself.  As if desire is something bad or sinful.

We aren’t really taught to focus on what we desire.  Instead we are taught to “do the right thing”.  Meaning to do what everyone else does and what has been culturally agreed upon and accepted.  Most people are living in this way and they don’t even fully realize that they are not living in alignment or connected with what they desire.  If fact they’ve deluded themselves to whatever degree they’ve been able to that they actually want what they’ve been told they want without ever investigating for themselves if its actually true.  So it gets really tricky to see the truth of ourselves and sometimes the only way that you can notice that you aren’t living connected to your desire, but rather to simply “do” this thing called life, is a subtle sense of low energy.  Other signs are not feeling an aliveness inside, not feeling your heart open, noticing a flatness or dullness or feeling unable to connect to yourself or others fully.

Really what needs to happen is that you need to begin to see how the activities you are currently engaged in, people/groups you hang out with or ways in which you spend your day to day activities don’t resonate for you.  It may not be that all things, people or activities fall into that category, but if you begin to really honestly take a look you will find some that don’t resonate and yet you are continuing to engage with them.

Committing to yourself

Energizing effort

warriorIf you are really honest you should begin to feel a sense of frustration with engaging in those things which don’t resonate for you.  Often what happens is people get to this point of feeling frustration (or sense of feeling stuck) and perceiving the frustration as bad, so they look for ways to alleviate this tension that is building.  They might watch a movie, play a video game, eat some food, drink some wine, have sex, scroll Facebook, etc.  They now feel less tension, but they also have less energy for change.  Alleviating the build up of tension will always drop the energy that is available to you to move towards what it is you truly desire.

With this drop in energy your consciousness also drops into a state of powerlessness or helplessness to be able to do anything about your own life.  You actually believe that you can’t do anything.  That its just hopeless and quite possibly will just always be this way.  Essentially that you can’t change, and you really feel that you changing is not up to you.  That its up to some external circumstances or forces, and that unless the circumstances (which include your body) somehow magically changes, you’re doomed.  This is disempowerment.  This is disconnection.  This is lack of awareness of your self.  And it fucking sucks.

Moving from perceiving powerlessness to realizing that you are the one with the power is a tremendous shift in consciousness and energy.  When you are brutally honest with yourself and claim what you want the power arises, the energy arises, the determination arises.  You become unstoppable.  Its going to happen.  There is no longer any doubt or question about it.  Yes there is work, yes there is stuff to be done, but rather than it feeling like draining effort it becomes energizing effort.  Effort which produces what you desire, which is always fulfilling rather than depleting even if the physical body gets tired.  This is the difference between acting from your alignment/desires versus working from a place of nonalignment with self.  When you are out of alignment everything will feel like massively hard work even if its just cleaning out your refrigerator or taking a shower.  When you’re in alignment the focus is no longer on the activity, but on your desire and alignment.  The activity itself becomes a non-issue and your desire the only thing that matters.

Discover what you truly desire.  Bring it into focus multiple times a day.  Speak it out loud.  Share it will people even if you feel timid or unworthy of it.  This will bring it more and more into the field of your awareness and strengthen your commitment to you.

The spinal gateway

The spinal gateway

What the heck is a spinal gateway?

Touching something unknownEarlier this week one of you lovely people asked me “what are those spots you keep touching on my back’?  What a fantastic question!  I bet more of you have that question so I thought I would take the opportunity to write this week’s article in answer to that very question.

If you remember my article from a few weeks ago that was entitled “Consciousness & the Spine” I wrote about the five different tension patterns that occur within the spine.  Those tension patterns get created due to some experience(s) that we’ve had that we haven’t been able to fully integrate, and if you remember there are different states of being (consciousness) that correlate with each pattern.  So why is that important here?  Well in order for you to become aware of those tension pattern within your spine you need an access/entry point or a “gateway” into that pattern.  You need to somehow, someway become aware of that pattern in your spine so that the tension pattern can begin to unwind itself.  The spinal gateway is just that.  It is an access point, an opening, into a particular tension pattern in your spinal cord where you can begin to become aware of that pattern.  So when I am making those touches on various spots on your back I am working with your spinal gateways, helping them open and develop so that you can become more aware of yourself, including how you hold tension and where you have resistance.

One of the things I say frequently to many of you is that awareness does so much, in fact I believe it does pretty much everything.  It brings that which was unnoticed or unseen into realization, and then through realization, you as an individuated expression of the One have the capacity or power to work with what is.  The only thing left after the moment of realization is for you to come into alignment with that which was realized.  All of that to say that the spinal gateway is a portal for the light of awareness to realize itself manifesting through a particular pattern of tension in your spinal cord.  This is important and what I feel differentiates Network from a lot of other work out there.  It really is a  self-awareness method.  Its not about me doing something to you, but instead about helping you find your own self, become aware of your own self, so that you can self-regulate, self-align, and self-adjust.  Everything that I “do” is to support your awareness waking itself up to your self and the development of the spinal gateway is one of the prime ways I do just that very thing.

Development of the spinal gateway

How the spinal gateways change and grow

Touching something unknown

Spinal gateways live between each of the bones in your neck and also along the sacrum bone in the pelvis.  They have both a very precise structural aspect as well as an energetic portion to them.  This means that they have a particular physical location (which is dependent on the tension pattern that is present in your spinal cord on any given day), but that they also have a nonphysical aspect which can grow.  You can think of the shape of a spinal gateway as a little vortex, spiraling with energy, but anchored into the spine between the bones in the neck and sacrum.  Also remember that just because the gateways are at these precise locations doesn’t mean that they are impacting only those precise locations that I’m touching.  The gateway is just the access point into a particular pattern and the pattern can be either localized to that area or have resonance at various other locations in the spine or body that I am not directly touching.  The beauty of the spinal gateway is that when it is accessed it can find all the other areas in the body that have the same tonal frequency or resonance with that pattern without requiring that it is directly touched.  This is why often you might become aware of some sensation, energy, or tension in a different part of your spine or body when I am touching say a spot on your neck or sacrum.

The spinal gateways grow with continued care, contact and reinforcement.  This is one of the reason why the frequency of care is so important, especially in the first year or two of care, which is when a lot of the development of these gateways occurs.  It takes a certain amount of repetition to create these gateways and then for awareness to unwind the tension patterns associated with them.  When people first start care the gateways are often small and very close to the physical body.  They are felt as areas of rapport.  This is where your bioenergetic life force lives and as the gateway develops here there is greater awareness of the physical body and a sense of safety that arises.  As care continues and I have you lift your neck or sacrum you are beginning to stretch the spinal gateways both physically and energetically.  This activates your emotional body and emotional energy becomes the fuel that gets the gateway to stretch and grow more.   The energetic portion of the spinal gateway begins to live a few inches away from the physical body in what’s called your emotional field.  With this people often begin to have more awareness of their emotions.

Then as care continues two spinal gateways start “talking” to each other.  One stretches and then the other stretches and a rhythm starts to develop between the two of them.  This activates the lower mental body where clarity, personal sense of self and discernment lives.  The energetic portion of the spinal gateways grows to about 2-3 feet away from the physical body at this point into your lower mental body/field.  This then continues until a “figure 8” motion begins to develop between two spinal gateways.  The rhythmic motion becomes more organized and fluid.  This activates the upper mental body where you can begin to see beyond boxes and stories and have more a visionary sense of self as creator of your life.  Here the energetic portion of the spinal gateways have now grown to 6-8 feet in distance away from the physical body into your upper mental field and with that your sense of “body” and self begins to become much more expansive.

Heart Chakra concept. Inner love, light and peace. Silhouette inAll of this spinal gateway development occurs in the first two levels of  Network care.  Then in the third level of care the focus is on the development of the heart gateway, which is similar to the spinal gateways, but there is only one heart gateway rather than multiple like the spinal gateways, and the location is around the physical heart.  The heart gateway develops throughout the 3rd level of care and a coordination is learned between the development of this heart gateway with the spinal gateways that where developed in the first 2 levels of care.  In this 3rd level of care both the heart gateway stretches and grows in distances of several feet away from the physical body and the spinal gateways grow to about 8-12 feet and beyond.  This is where your soul body/field lives.  The coordination that develops between the heart gateway and the spinal gateways is one where your heart/soul is informing your thoughts, emotions and physical body.

When people are fully in the 3rd level of care as their baseline the patterns of tension that were originally in the spinal cord aren’t really there in a traditional sense of a constricted tension pattern anymore, but instead just mere resonance or tracing.  In that way you can fully glean the awakened or oneness perspective of any pattern that previously had you held in a separative frame of mind.  That becomes the lens with which you see all of life.  The dance between soul/spirit and human becomes evident here and ultimately culminates in where the personal self stops leading the show and the soul prevails as the one that guides this human vessel.

I hope this helps you understand the importance and function of the spinal gateways and why I am always touching those particular points on your spine.  I like to think of them as portals into more of you and as they grow you get to access more and more of yourself.  It is quite literally upgrading the neurological circuitry and with that you can communicate with more of yourself through having developed these access points into you.  At the most fundamental level they provide you with a way to become aware and resolve tension patterns in your spine and life so that you you can participate more ease-fully with life.  At the more developed levels they allow for integration of various aspects of yourself to come into awareness, helping you transcend perceived limitations of an individuated personal self, into the one heart, one love, one being that we all are.

You’ve never been broken

You’ve never been broken

Dissolving the story

Colorful infinity signIt is so engrained in our everyday ordinary consciousness to believe that we are somehow and in someway broken.  We often don’t even realize that we are believing this story because it is so all pervasive.  We simply live it and in that way don’t see it.  It is similar to how we don’t see how we believe that we are a body, we just assume it to be that way and don’t realize that we are believing it to be so.

There are so many basic assumptions that we all have and in this way we live blindly not really recognizing what we are believing to be true.  Then when other people reinforce those assumptions we find ourselves in a box, created in our own mind, of what we believe to be possible.  This box becomes what we call our life.  Often it can feel quite limited and confining, yet we can’t see our way beyond the box because we can’t yet see our assumptions about what we believe to be true.

The story that you are broken, that something is missing from you or wrong with you, or that there is some kind of problem with you is one of the biggest myths of all times, yet nearly all of us believe it.  Say something starts working differently in your body so you go to someone to tell you what’s wrong with you, to reinforce what you are already believing (that something is wrong) and give you a label or “reason” for it.  Or perhaps something in your life isn’t going as you like it to so you dissect what is wrong with you in attempt to fix the problem.  Or some part of you expresses or behaves differently than others and you try to hide it so people don’t see your “malfunction.”  We are doing this all of the time.  Viewing ourselves from the perspective of “what’s wrong with me” and how do I figure it out, fix it or hide it.

All of these examples are simply stories that either we have told ourselves or that others have told us.  None of them have ever been the truth.  Just a narrative that someone thought made sense and we adopted that belief for ourselves.

Resting into unbrokenness

Aligned in your wholeness

mandala fractal.jpgIf everything has been a story then where do we go from here?  This is a great place to arrive.  Once you can see the stories you’ve been believing you can begin to rewrite them.  This is to become the author of your own life and to realize the power you have to write a story that you desire to live.

To write your story of unbrokenness you must believe that you have never been broken.  This means that you must erase in your own mind any idea of lack, missing, impaired, un-whole, broken, dysfunctional, inept, or malfunctioning idea you have of yourself.  You must stop insisting that you are, or ever have been any of those ideas, even when others have told you that you are.  As soon as you stop insisting that you are any of those things than you will also simultaneously stop creating those ideas in your external reality.

Due to the fact that most of us have had these ideas of brokenness reinforced to us by authority figures, parents, doctors, teachers, friends and the media it can be challenging to remain aligned in our knowingness otherwise.  When the consciousness of the entire culture and environment within which you live seems to continue to insist on the theory of brokenness it requires that you nearly continually remind yourself of your innate already whole nature, as the tendency to conform to the cultural beliefs/myths is strong.

The more aligned you become in this knowingness of your wholeness, the less you believe what the culture believes.  As this occurs you will still see others playing out this story of brokenness in their own mind bubbles and creating stories that feel bad to them, but you will no longer believe it to be the truth.  In that way you can be a source of illumination for those that are finding their way beyond the bubble of the story of brokenness.  They may not be able to fully embrace the light of awareness that your knowingness offers, but some of the light of a that larger truth of unbrokenness will shine through and to whatever degree they are ready they will receive it.

The biggest gift you can give is to know yourself and be yourself.  In this way you are a guiding light and reflective mirror for others to see their true selves.  This is how we support other selves in waking up to seeing and being more of the truth of who they are so that the collective juice within which we all swim is that of our innate wholeness.

Embracing death

Embracing death

Inviting the natural rhythms of dissolution

Attractive lady sitting on the swing above the calm lakeDeath is one of those topics that most people avoid discussing.  We don’t like thinking about it , acknowledging it and definitely not welcoming it, especially when we feel not ready for the timing of it.  There is often awkwardness, deep sadness, confusion, sometimes guilt and feelings of loss.  There appears to be this vacancy and longing for what was and a feeling of disconnection from it.  This is often one of the hardest states for us humans to accept.

When I speak of death here I speak beyond just physical death of the body, though that is included.  We experience “deaths” all of the time.  Often we don’t term them death but instead we say we “lost our job”, “our business failed”, or our “relationship ended”.  Other deaths can be significant changes in our lifestyle, graduating from school, moving, changes in financial situations, or even how our body functions, sickness, and aging.  All of these things are deaths in their own right.

Because the primary relationship that people have with death is loss, hurt and pain we tend to resist death rather than invite and embrace it.  We can even put on the face that we are accepting of it, but underneath the surface we hate it, again especially when we aren’t ready for it.  Our unreadiness for what life brings us sometimes can feel unjust, like a loss of our power, helplessness and even downright mean.  Sometimes we go into blaming the Universe, or God, or ourselves because our minds simply can’t make sense of it.

Even though death is as natural a transition as birth it is riddled in the type of mystery that the mind hates.  Often rather than being able to envision the exciting future of light and unknown exploration, like we do when see a newborn child, everything seems dark and the unknown exploration feels dreary and scary.

Beyond fearing death

Learning presence within formlessness

24892985 - abstract background explosion of the blue starI like to think of all the personal deaths of things I’ve created and experienced while in a physical form as a preparation for the ultimate transition from this human form back into the formless.  If you think about it this is what all deaths are, a transition from form into formlessness.  We first call this chaos, then destruction, then dissolving, and eventually emptiness.

This formless state is a fertile ground where all that is unresolved in us can be more readily accessed because distractions are at a minimal state.  Those places where our “shit still lives” or where those things that are interfering with us being a completely clear vessel of expressing our truest nature are more available.  We can see where we have been letting trivial shit get in the way, begin to feel more gratitude for the preciousness of each moment and recognize just how short our time is here in this body.

Death is such a beautiful teacher in this way.  If we use it, it can spark us into action to be ourselves more, share ourselves more, give more of ourselves to others, and cherish each moment that we are.  When we let the sweetness of what was pierce us all the way through, feeling the immense amount of love that we have for what was, we become more ready to allow it to go at whatever rhythm it wants to go even if that rhythm is not our preference.  We surrender to what is and to the mystery that will reveal itself to us in its own timing.

From our mind’s limited and separative perspective it can seem that we are simply a pawn in this great orchestration. The individual cell does not have awareness of the entire organism that it is a part of but its function is pivotal to the functioning of the entire organism.  It can’t possibly know how to coordinate the entire organism, but it can do what it knows to do and not resist the functions of its blueprint even when it doesn’t know where its going.  In this way the harmonious cell is in a constant state of trust.  It must surrender into the larger will of that which it does not know or see, but which it innately knows its a part of, less disharmony arises.  To be harmonious is to not mind at all what happens.  This is the lesson that we are all learning.

What are you committed to now?

What are you committed to now?

You are at where you are ready for

3D Rendering battery chargeAsking yourself “what are you committed to now” is the same thing as what you are ready for in your life.  Often times we say we are ready and that we want “xyz”, perhaps it is to feel differently, to stabilize in a more expanded state of being, be more energized or to have a different set of circumstances or conditions, yet we aren’t actually committed to or ready for it now.  We put the idea of what we think we want out there as a whimsical concept or a “hope and dream” that someday (fingers crossed) it will happen.  In doing so we keep our desires distant in time, to some future time unknown to us, simultaneously waiting for a magical and mysterious force to make it happen.  In doing so we give our power away while creating separation in what we think our actual reality can be now.

What does it take to really be ready?  To be committed now and not at some future mysterious time?  It takes your knowingness that you can no matter what and your 100% desire and alignment with that which you say you want.  Not 95%, not 97%, even 99% alignment won’t cut it.  It must be 100% of you in alignment with that which you desire.  No wavering, no excuses, no justifications, no saying that you don’t know how or thinking that you can’t.  When you are ready there are no obstacles between what you are and what you desire.  In some ways its already happened and the physical manifestation catches up with where you already are.

When we put things off, say we don’t know how, look for something outside of us to make it happen, we are outsourcing our power and choosing separation and suffering over freedom, liberation and truth.  That may sound extreme, and indeed it is extreme, yet we are doing it all of the time, calling it normal and then wondering why we are still suffering and why something magical hasn’t fixed us yet.  Something magical hasn’t fixed us yet because we have yet to claim that we are the magical being that “fixes us”. There is no other.  We are our own responsibility.

Natural rhythms

Stages of Consciousness with Somato-Respiratory Integration

39250156 - abstract circles art background. (swirl pattern)There are natural rhythms to everything.  In fact this is what the 12 stages of SRI are based on, the natural rhythms of consciousness that are experienced on the journey from suffering to awakening into truth. There are rhythms to suffer and feel powerless (stage 1), there are rhythms to project that other people and things know more than you (stage 2), rhythms to feel stuck and limited (stage 3), rhythms to reclaim your power (stage 4), rhythms to merge beyond your stories of limitation (stage 5), and rhythms to be ready, committed (stage 6) and to know yourself beyond what you’ve known yourself to be (stage 7).  No rhythm is better than another.  They are simply stages of development that we experience.  Some of them we visit or hang out in more frequently than others.  If there are stages or rhythms that aren’t resolved for you then they will keep resurfacing.  You must find acceptance within each rhythm if you are to integrate fully your development of the stages.

Its never about forcing yourself into a rhythm that you aren’t in and desire to be in, but more about fully being in and with whatever rhythm you are in.  The capacity to be able to do so means that you have to be able to identify the rhythms and know which one you are currently experiencing.  It is through identifying and being with where you are at that you can move through the stages with increasing grace and presence.

The rhythm of being ready and committed is a higher stage of transformation. You know who you are, you know why you are here, and you simply must align with it.  So how do you get to a stage of readiness?  Its a combination of becoming aware, acknowledging and accepting your disconnection, being sick enough of suffering (this is where the energy comes from to transform), reclaiming your responsibility of your state of being, knowing you are worth it and that you are moving through and forward no matter what.  You simply decide and it is so.  There isn’t even really another choice at this point.

In this particular rhythm it is never about the circumstance, situation, or other people, it is always about you.  It is about how you can better align with what is important to you, its about what you must do and how you must show up.  The power is not out there somewhere but instead here within you, as you, you hold the magic key.  Everything and anything is possible here.  You simply must be your commitment.  The world responds to you not the other way around.  You know your place as creator of and doing to rather being done to.

Frequency & your body

Frequency & your body

The stuff you’re made of

silhouette of virtual human on brain delta wave form 3d illustraThere are two primary assumptions that most people make and that they don’t even realize are assumptions.  The first is that most of us tend to think that we are our bodies.  The second assumption is that our physical bodies are solid.  Although physics has demonstrated that neither of these assumptions are accurate, our belief systems have not caught up with the facts.

The questions then arise as to what are our physical bodies made up of if they are not solid, what seemingly “holds our bodies together” and what are we really if not our body?  Our bodies are mostly empty space which is packed full of energy.  There are forces of attraction and repulsion which organize the space of our body into its particular configurations.  These forces which configure the body are based on both our individual and the collective belief systems, or said another way, form follows awareness (aka infinite intelligence).

In your more essential nature you are pure light without a particular form.  Light is frequency and frequency is sound, some in the human audible range and some not.  When you incarnate you take that pure light frequency wave that you are and organize it into a particular configuration, which on this planet we call a body.  Again that organization occurs through individual and collective agreed upon belief systems and structures.  Now you have seeming form and that form is visible.  Some forms are less “physical” but still have some level of form.  We tend to believe only what our physical eyes can see, yet this is a limited range of the spectrum of light.  Simply because the human eyes cannot perceive a particular form, does not mean that the form is any less real, just simply less perceivable to us from our current perspective.

You can think of the most amount of light packed into space as having the highest density of light.  When things are highly dense with light they have less physical, and thus visible form.  The less density of light that is packed into a configuration the more a physical form is seen.  Imagine yogis and monks that meditate their entire life.  They clear out their emotions, thoughts and beliefs, emptying their physical form of “heavier” substance and thus allow increasing light density to come through this physical form vehicle.  This is where things like levitation, becoming more translucent in appearance, telepathy and such come into place.

Formlessness

Bringing awareness before form

You are billions, billions, billions times more powerful than you currently realize.  Since we don’t know our power we have to find power in things that seem to be other to us.  Examples of this can be seen as taking a drug, using some type of machine or device, or even thinking that some other person can fix us or is more magical than us.  This is called outsourcing our power.  This isn’t bad or wrong, it is a developmental stage, its just not the full picture.  The truth is that you can never really disown your power, you can only project it onto other things in your reality.  In the bigger picture all of those things are you anyways, its just simply that this individual configuration that you identify as you often times gets left out of knowing its power, so we can feel powerless.  Powerlessness is simply not knowing who or what we really are.

Abstract audio spectrum waveformWhat if you shift your identity back to being light before the form?  What if you begin to bring your more formless nature into the forefront of your focus rather than on the form of your body that you physically see?  In my experience most of us are simply not bringing awareness to our formless-light-energetic-frequency nature; no wonder we feel so disconnected!  For some people it may be that no one has ever pointed our formless nature out to us so we don’t even know what else besides our physical form to bring into the forefront of our awareness.  For others the formless has too much to do with God, religion, spirit or other things not scientifically proven and we just don’t believe it (hence our beliefs creating what we think we are and see).  When the focus is purely on the physical we truly are lost, don’t know what we are and are completely powerless because we are acting from being circumstance (in this case our physical body) rather than the creator of circumstance.  You are the creator of your physical body not the physical body itself!

When I use sounds, tones or “languages” in working with you I am connecting with that more formless, light frequency wave that I am and that you are.  Through this I am amplifying and bringing that truer aspect of you (us) into greater awareness so that it can be known.  We often need multiple touches of finding connection to ourselves here because our default conditioning and the default conditioning of our collective conscious is so strongly form focused.  With increasingly more touches to this aspect of ourselves we begin to come to know it more and more and overtime our identity shifts from physical, body me focused into light, formless, we focused.  The more we come to know ourselves as the light wave frequency that we are the less we perceive separation, the more the nonphysical opens up in our awareness and less individual person centric we become.

Touching into this aspect of ourselves can come in multiple ways.  It can come through using the power of our thoughts to bring focus to it.  It can come through identifying and destabilizing beliefs that are out of alignment with knowing ourselves at this level.  It can come through feeling the qualities of formless nature.  It can come through someone knowing their formless nature and thus seeing and mirroring your formless nature back to you.  With multiple tastes and the natural unfolding you begin to rest more and more into knowing yourself as the light before the form rather than the form itself.

Use symptoms to empower your body!

Use symptoms to empower your body!

Elevate your body’s consciousness

Every now and then life gives us an opportunity (or struggle if you choose to see it that way) to show us areas where we still feel, think or behave disempowered.  Our bodies are often the source of such opportunities.  We have historically called those opportunities “symptoms” and have viewed them as nuisances or threats.

no way outIn general disempowerment occurs when you have an experience where you want to feel, think, see or do something and you feel like you can’t.  It is an unresourceful inner state that says “I’m powerless, helpless here” and there is no possibility that the situation or you could ever change.

Your body is always responding to your inner state or perspective (your consciousness).  How you feel determines how you feel.  Sounds logical and obvious however most people don’t really get this.  They have not been told that they are the choosers of their state and hence don’t realize that they hold the power to choose and feel differently.

Your body is a perfect “physical” mirror to help you see your unconscious patterns that are creating your current reality including how your body is functioning.   To elevate your body’s consciousness you must elevate and empower your own.

Using symptoms

The opportunity of symptoms

The next questions to tackle then is, how to use symptoms to elevate your consciousness and empower your body?  When symptoms are “physical” we have the tendency to believe that they are real, fixed or static and require aggressive physical measures to change.  Hence the creation of our current mechanical medical model; it perfectly suited our belief systems at one point in our evolution.  We are in a new era now where we have scientifically proven research, that our nonphysical self (emotions, thoughts, soul) inform our physical self (body).  Not everyone has upgraded their belief system yet to include this new information, which is ok, we are a work in progress.

At Chiropractic Alchemy we specialize in helping empower people through how their body is expressing, so that you can get the insight, wisdom and create conscious change in your life.
