CLARITY OF HEART
Well fitted clothes
The nature of the heart is clear. It is transparent. It sees all, knows all and includes all. Nothing is hidden in the heart. It is inherently communicative and sharing. Clarity of heart is flow. It is being in rhythm with the natural and primordial beat of the heart. A beat that includes your thoughts, emotions and physicality, but is not bound by them. The heart is a larger body that includes more of everything in it. Due to its natural inclusivity, it organizes all of the movements of creation in ways that your mind will never understand. The mind will have thoughts about what it is and who you are, but the heart knows what and who it is. Confusion does not exist at the level of heart.
There is an organic pulse to move towards the heart. A developmental path that brings us into it. There are stages to your growth, evolution and expansion. Experiences that you must have and opportunities that stretch you into more and more of yourself. While the path is your path, it is also the path that all souls take in one way or another. The experiences of the path are not pre-known. They are revealed moment by moment by moment. Each one perfect and complete onto itself. As you progress along your path, moving deeper into the heart, you feel bigger love, greater appreciation and a profound reverence for all that is and for what and who you are. You receive yourself in and outpour yourself back out onto your experience of creation. In this way your experience of creation becomes this outpouring of love, appreciation and reverence for all that is.
There is a chiseling of self and a washing away of layers that no longer serve you as you grow. Clothes you once wore that no longer fit, as you expand into the heart. While the heart includes all of the clothes that brought you to this point, it chooses to wear only those that fit it now. The heart comes from grace, from love, from compassion and therefore the clothes it wears must fit those styles. It does not deny others styles, but only chooses carefully and precisely that which fits it. This is where the process of chiseling the less honoring or conscious qualities of self come into play, where you can wash yourself of those aspects that will not allow you to live rested in the clarity of the heart. To be well fitted within the play of the heart you must wear the clothes that fit the heart. If you do so then your experience will be as such. The mirror of creation will reflect back to you clarity of heart.
AWAKENING IN THE DREAM
Becoming lucid
Clarity of heart is like awakening inside of a dream. A lucid awareness that you are the dreamer of the dream becomes apparent. You experience yourself without the ordinary limitations that you’ve adapted yourself to experience. That lucidity, even if only for a few moments or minutes, gives you a taste of your free, natural and unbound self. This is the clear heart. It is alive and vibrating with all of the energy of creation while simultaneously completely still in its being. It is unified and operates in, through and as, collectives and individual beings. At its source it is one even if it is expressing itself through forms that appear separate or distinct from other forms. There is no disconnection. That one heart that operates through the form of me equally operates through the form of you. While the expressions may look and sound different, the source is one and the same.
While we come to know ourselves as the forms we see ourselves as, we are actually the source. That one, unified source that is clarity of heart. This is why when one, two or any number of beings come together, and know themselves as that source rather than as the form, they seem to communicate something secret or know something that is shared among them. It is not that anything is secret, but rather only that there is a meeting of awareness. One being knowing itself in the other being, recognizing themselves in the other and coming into that heartbeat of the one self, where there is literally no separation. There may be two bodies or multiple bodies, but there is only one being. There is a seamless flow of self that is then shared and expressed through however many bodies are present. While there may still be an individual mind there that interprets distinction, when rested in the clarity of heart, there is no confusion in you being that individual mind, but rather it is seen only as a vehicle of expression of the one that is you.
In the clarity of heart time, space and location do not bind you, rather they are inside of you. Their laws operate in you, rather you in them. This is how you are all present everywhere and know whatever it is you need to know as you need to know it. It’s not that your body is everywhere or that your mind knows everything, it’s that you know yourself at the heart of you, which is beyond the confines that the mind and body appear to impose on you. When you realize that you are not them there is no imposition. All false limitations dissolve and you know that anything can be known or experienced. All that is relevant and ripe, in whatever now moment you are both the source of and experiencing, is present. Nothing is lacking. Constant completion and fullness, now and now and now. Never is there a moment this is not. This is the joy and excitement of being alive.
Clear heart is here now. All paths begin and end here. Never have you actually ever gone anywhere. You’ve always been home, in the heart, in full connection with yourself. You’ve only ever experienced disconnection and separation as an experience, not as a truth. Rest assured you are rested in the only source that is. Allow your body and mind to drop deeper and deeper into that knowing and you will more and more experience the clarity of heart that is here now.
