Coherence Intensives are immersive 1:1 experiences designed to bring your nervous system, body, and heart into greater harmony. Through extended, uninterrupted time together, these half-day or full-day sessions create the conditions for deep unwinding, reorganization, and integration. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, we work at the level of coherence and support your system to shift out of protection and into presence.
Each intensive weaves together subtle energetic nervous system care, somato-respiratory integration and somatic coaching to meet you exactly where you are. Gentle, attuned touch and guided practices help release stored tension patterns in the body, allowing energy, awareness, sensation and emotion to move more freely. As an assist the spirit essence of live and dried plants, flowers and essential oils are also interwoven to help guide gentle release and energetic opening when appropriate. When coherence increases, inner communication deepens, making space for clarity, emotional resolution and a felt sense of safety within yourself.
Coherence Intensives are for those ready to listen deeply to their inner wisdom and align with their truth. Many people experience feeling more empowered, clear, energized and a stronger connection to their inner guidance. These intensives offer a potent container for transformation, supporting you to embody your heart’s intelligence and live with greater presence, ease, and authenticity.
How it works
Coherence Intensives are offered as private, one-on-one experiences in either a half-day or full-day format. Throughout the intensive, we alternate between table sessions, guided somatic practices, coaching and integration.
The half-day intensive offers a focused immersion, ideal for those seeking connection and clarity around a specific transition or pattern in their life. The full-day intensive allows for a deeper arc of transformation, creating space for multiple layers of unwinding, integration, and stabilization.
Intensives are offered at the Sanctuary for Heart Magic location in Boulder, Colorado. They can also be done in your home if you are local to Colorado.
What to Expect
Your Coherence Intensive begins with arrival and connection to support your system in settling into safety and presence. We start by listening to the signals of your body and your higher knowing, so that the experience unfolds in alignment with what will best be of service to you. We will continue to listen throughout the intensive and let it your intentions guide us during each step.
Clarity of intention is an important part of the Coherence Intensive. Your intentions serve as a compass, guiding the unfolding of the work and informing what your body-mind is ready to release, integrate, or embody. From this place of clarity, the experience can move with greater depth, presence and fullness.

Coherence Intensives are for individuals who are ready to connect deeply to their inner wisdom and create meaningful alignment and change from the inside out.

Investment
- Half-day intensive, 4 hours, $600.
- Full day intensive, 8 hours, $1000.
For home intensives travel time for clients outside of Boulder County is not included in the listed intensive fee.
