ENTRAINING TO THE HEART
All the perspectives of self

The heart is something we often refer to, but rarely really know the depth and breadth of. What even is this heart we always talk about? Is it an organ in our chest? Is it a feeling we have? Is it an inspired thought? Is it our essence or soul? Is it all that is? The answer to all of these questions is yes. How can the heart be all of these things? You can think of it terms of perspectives. It is all about where you view from. From the perspective of the physical body the heart is an organ. From the perspective of the emotional body the heart is a feeling. From the perspective of the mind it is an inspired thought and from the perspective of the soul, heart is what it is made of. From the all that is, all it knows is unconditional love, the most primordial one heart. Unconditional love is the essential essence from which all perspectives of the heart originate. This is how everything is connected, interconnected and most fundamentally how all is one.
You can imagine all of these different perspectives as though they are at different locations on the arm of a spiral. As you move from the center to the outer most point on the spiral you have different perspectives. When you are close to the center you see only what is right in front of you. You can think of that as the most physical point in this analogy aka your physical heart. As you move out along the arm of the spiral you get a larger and larger vantage point where you can see more and include more. This is how heart becomes more “things”. First a feeling, then a thought, then a soul and then all that is at the furthest, most zoomed out point. Some of you might be familiar with a top-down approach or with the saying “as above, so below.” What this means is that, the most zoomed out perspective creates all levels of zoomed in perspectives underneath it. In that way all comes from the most undifferentiated source and as it organizes or drops into differentiated perspectives it carries with it where it came from, because that is it’s source, even if the more zoomed in perspectives have forgotten where they came from.
This brings us to the concept of entrainment. What is entrainment? It is the synchronization of two rhythms or wavelengths together. In entrainment there is a temporal and spatial (in time and space) vibration, oscillation and coordination of two frequencies or we could say two perspectives with each other. Science has demonstrated that everything is energy. The physical, emotional, mental and soul aspects of ourselves are all vibrating wavelengths. The question is what are all of these aspects of ourselves entraining with and to? And can we change the source of what we are entraining to? The answer of course is yes, but first we need to know what we are currently resonating with.
WHAT ARE YOU RESONATING WITH?
Lighten is to enlighten

You have all had that feeling of resonating with something or not resonating with it. You likely are friends with people or follow people on facebook or instagram because you resonate with them. You may have never thought of this in terms of frequency, but essentially you are entraining with the frequencies that come from the sources that you befriend or follow, whether positive or negative. Sometimes we are attracted to follow more fearful people or information, because that frequency of fear lives inside of us, thus we seek it out consciously or unconsciously in order to feel that match in rhythms. This may show up as watching the news a lot or following people that tell you that you must do this thing or that thing because otherwise something bad might happen to you. We may also unconsciously avoid people or information that vibrate at high levels of joy, ecstasy or self-empowerment because we don’t feel those frequencies live inside of us.
As you take inventory of the people and sources of information that you are attracted to you can get a sense of what you are entraining to. This is what I often call the discovery or illumination phase. It’s easy to see what is in your life, but often times we don’t really know what we are avoiding or what we move away from. This is a deeper investigation that takes some getting real with yourself. It is also the key to more and more conscious and deliberate choosing of your frequency state and what you entrain to, which equates to the perspective that you see from. You can also play with entraining to the different rhythms from the perspectives that you currently have access to. The first and easiest is entraining to your own heart beat. This is the physical level. Listening or feeling your heartbeat and allowing yourself to entrain to the rhythm of your own heart. You can also do this with others, feeling their physical heart beat and coming into sync with it. The next perspective point would be the emotional level. Noticing your feeling state. What feelings do you choose consistently? What do they feel like in your body? What do you almost never choose? Practice choosing them and see what they feel like. Same goes for your mental body and your thoughts. Just play and see.
The more positive or uplifting emotions and thoughts that you entrain with, the lighter and more uplifted your frequency becomes. This however doesn’t mean you should ignore the negative emotions and thoughts. Recognize and acknowledge that they are there. The more you move towards them, the more you are able to transmute them and come into the realization of your choice to choose whichever frequencies you want. In this way you do not deny or negate anything, but rather recognize all things as potentials on a smorgasbord of options of which you are the prime chooser. This will all naturally give you access to your lighter, more subtle soul bodies. When we entrain to our soul bodies, this is the first perspective of ourselves, from the bottom up that this, where we experience interconnectedness. For those of you who are reading this and see me in my office, this is why when I am working on one person in the room another person on another table might move, make a noise or feel something. It is due to the fact that the perspective of the soul is what is being entrained to and with. The soul knows it is not separate. It acts and behaves as one being in all that are aware of the perspective of soul, which again is a little more zoomed out on the arm of the spiral.
From the bottom up each perspective has less density. The physical level being the most dense and the soul levels being the least dense. This is obvious, however what we often don’t realize is that each perspective up is lighter and lighter, and can therefore emit more of the light of the one original source of light, which as I mentioned earlier is the frequency of unconditional love. Unconditional love is the most primordial aspect of creation aka the original light. Soul is more realized in and able to express this unconditional love as its natural emanation more than zoomed in perspectives are able. Soul, having more light in it, leads to feeling higher levels of energy, which we often equate to as bliss, ecstasy, rapture, uncontrollable laughter and joy. We can all entrain to this, as it is what we all are. Nothing stands in the way, but what I have found helpful is the practice of entraining your physical, emotional and mental bodies to their lightest versions. Are you physically consuming levity or do you regular eat heavy and dense foods? What emotions do you choose over and over and do you deliberately remember to feel joy throughout your days? Where do you focus your mind and what thoughts are you choosing? Do they enliven you? These are the gateways into your soul and entraining your entire being to unconditional love. To live integrated is to wake up all of our perspectives to their lightest version. To lighten is to enlighten.
