ECSTATIC HEALTH
Everyday goodness

Many people may not think to put the words ecstasy and health in the same sentence. In general the word health in our society means a neutral state of being where there is no active disease or illness. A condition when all of our lab tests come back within normal limits. A state of absence of symptoms. It seems as though that is the ceiling for what it means to be healthy. The idea that we could experience health beyond this neutral state of absence of disease or lack of certain sensations or symptoms, is novel for most. We have a low bar for what it means to be well in our bodies. Who set the bar so low? I am not really sure who, when or where it originated, I only know that we are the ones that continue to perpetuate it.
While there are many health movements, regimens and programs out there to “get healthier” where is it that we think we can go with them? Do we simply expect to lose some weight, be more fit or have more energy? If we aren’t in crisis then these are most people’s typical motivations in wanting to improve their health. What if we realized though that these things are all just the tip of the iceberg. Yes it’s great to feel physically lighter in our body and to be more awake during our day, yet I want to invite that there much more available if only we elevate our ceiling of what is possible.
Ecstatic health. What does that even mean or look like? The word ecstatic comes with a high charge of excitement. There is levity, laugher, bliss, play, pleasure, euphoria, rapture and joy all wrapped into that word. Feel the vibrational qualities of those descriptions. Who wouldn’t want to feel that way in their body every single day. Perhaps there are a few sticks in the mud out there who would want to keep their neutrality and not feel “too good”, but for the majority of us this is what we crave. Literally we are starving for it. While we attempt to get to feeling this good through consuming food, alcohol and attaining stuff, we can’t get this from consuming. We can only give this to ourselves by changing what we think is possible. What if rather than the absence of pain, disease or illness being our definition of health, we changed the definition to “overflowing with fullness and goodness.” How would raising our standard in this way change everything? Ecstatic health, where our cells vibrate in pleasure, fullness and richness, is possible.
THE PHYSICS OF HEALTH
Cellular vibrations

Soon science will discover that what makes our biology possible is the fact that we are first light. We are energy and these bodies are an expression of light organizing in response to the template instruction manual that is built into every single one of our cells, DNA. Energy is vibration. This is the field of physics. While we have tended to leave physics out of health, it will emerge soon as the primary ingredient rather than the majority of our focus being on our chemistry and biology. I speculate that someday healthcare will be more about measuring the frequencies of our body’s energy fields and finding the right light dose frequency that will allow the body to repair itself, as opposed to measuring our chemistry in order to find the right chemical balances.
One of the important steps in this direction is the self-recognition of yourself as light (aka energy). I use the words light and energy interchangeably here. Most of us identify as a physical body rather than an energy body. Due to the fact that we see the physical body, and we don’t see the energy body in the same way, it is easy to get confused. I think most all of us are confused simply because we haven’t been taught how to see what is here. Our over reliance and narrow focus on the material, the matter, the stuff of density, has kept that which is in plain sight just out of our view. The most obvious way to start perceiving the nonphysical is by looking at the fact that your body breathes. You don’t physically see the breath, but you sure as shit know it’s there. Your physical body is not alive without the breath, but the breath exists with or without the body. You are more like the breath than you are like the body. Our focus on what life is has been reversed.
Your light body is your awareness. It is consciousness. It is your brightness. It is life itself. Nothing exists without it because it is existence itself. Your light body is not reliant on your physical body, but your physical body is reliant on your light body. This light body is your energy. It is how you feel on a day to day basis. However bright your energy body is, however densely packed with light it is, will determine how you feel in your body. If your physical body is full of physical toxins it will be more challenging for the energy of your light body to infuse and enliven your physical body. If your mind and emotions are filled with negativity and hatred it will be more difficult for your light body to permeate into your physical body. Detoxification on all levels of yourself is key, and equally important is brightness of your energy body.
Raising your energy frequency by filling yourself with feelings of love, passion, and goodness is how you get to ecstatic health. You must clean out the gunk that doesn’t serve you while simultaneously elevating yourself vibrationally. You must feel good in order to feel good. Obvious right? The simplicity is astounding and boy have we made it needlessly complicated. In choosing goodness over and over again your cells will dance a symphony of ecstatic magic and sing the most harmonious tune. There will be free flowing communication, coherence and belonging in every aspect of your physical body because you are well. Your physical body takes its cues from you. Remember that you have the power to choose your state always. In doing so you will experience ecstatic health.
