EXCRUCIATING RHYTHMS

EXCRUCIATING RHYTHMS

Root of real happiness

We all have times when we want our lives to look, feel or be different than they are.  Where what is showing up is undesirable and not our preferred reality.  These sometimes excruciating moments and rhythms feel like they throw us under the bus.  Heaviness, ungrounded, sadness, anger and frustration is the state of being we experience.  Sometimes a sense of hopelessness or powerlessness ensues.  Our insight feels limited and we are low on appreciation because all we can see and feel is what we don’t want.

When we find ourselves here often our number one agenda is to attempt to get out of these rhythms as quickly as possible.  We try to make the situation different, change it, get it over with, run from it, create something around it or somehow resolve it.  We hate the discomfort, difficulty and sense of doom we feel when we are here.  By in large we are pain avoiders and pleasure seekers.  When we feel pleasure (gain) we like our experience and when we feel pain (loss) we try to escape our experience.  The issue here is that we become chasers of all the feel good stuff and think that our happiness lives inside of these experiences.  This couldn’t be further from the truth.  When we try to increase these pleasurable/preferable experiences and minimize the un-preferable ones there is a level of constant underlying management of life and we are never really present.  This mode of operation provides temporary/illusionary happiness that is circumstantial and always leave us disappointed and unfilled.

The truth is that happiness lives inside of us not inside of our experiences.  This may be tricky for you to really get.  You may wonder how you could possibly experience joy while everything in your life (or the world) is not going according to your desires.  While you feel pain or have disease, while others suffer, while things look messy or are unsettled, while you don’t have the possessions, relationships, or money that you want, while things appear to limit your freedoms, while your friends or family members lose it, while personal and world crises persist.  See the thing is that we tend to blame circumstances for our state of being.  When circumstances are nice then “I choose to feel good”.  When circumstances not nice than “I choose to feel bad”.  Most people don’t realize that they are choosing in this way even though it is so apparently and undeniable clear.  When you give your power (aka your state of being) over to circumstances the result is feelings of disempowerment, randomness, and hope for something better that will shift the situation so that you feel like you can shift your own self.  Your power is in the appearance of life rather than being rested in you.  This will always lead to unhappiness because the only true happiness is when we are rested in our own power.

ACCEPTING THE UNDESIRABLE

Ending the pain/pleasure cycle

As much as this might come as a surprise to you, your wants, preferences or desires are not always what’s right or meant to happen.  People aren’t always supposed to be nice to you, consider you, like you or appreciate you.  Things aren’t always meant to run smoothly.  You are not always meant to get what you want.  It’s simply the way that it is.  In the new age spiritual culture where we are often so focused on “living our dreams” and “manifesting our reality” it may seem contradictory for me to say that maybe your dreams or preferences aren’t always what is the most important.  However when we get so wrapped up in the story of ourselves and the importance of what we think is important we miss the boat and aren’t connected to the larger rhythms of life.  We start to try to control the narrative (i.e. control our life) and simultaneously suck the energy out of it.  We can get easily lost inside of our own agendas and begin to attach to outcome.  No matter how well intended, pure or altruistic our ambitions are they still may not be what is meant to be.  This can be incredibly hard to accept.

Accepting the undesirable is not something we readily do.  Again we are not big fans of feeling pain, particularly of the emotional nature.  However when we take a moment to pause and feel the underlying hurt, pain, loss or frustration of life, people and circumstance not being how we want them to be we allow the energy to express.  Rather than binding that energy in the form of resistance, tension, holding our breath, and bracing our bodies, the energy gets to move and we get to feel rather than be stuck in our resistance to feeling.  When we feel we instantly become clearer and more present.  It doesn’t mean that the situation has changed, but it does mean that we have changed.  We have allowed where we previously were resisting.

In allowing that which doesn’t feel good we end the cycle of chasing pleasure and avoiding pain.  We come to experience what its like to be present no matter what is occurring.  We realize that pain and pleasure, preferable and non-preferable, desired and not desired are all simply transient.  They come and go.  They will always come and go.  We can’t speed it up or slow it down.  We can only allow ourselves to drop into whatever rhythm is present, excruciating or exuberant.

We will like some things and dislike other things.  This will mostly likely continue for the rest of your incarnation.  Accepting the entire range of experience rather than attempting to control the experiences allows you to develop a depth of presence and stability of beingness.  That stability becomes the container for everything to simply have its experience.  Its the end of fixing or controlling anything.  No agenda.  Just pure, unadulterated freedom and true love.  There is nothing more powerful than this because everything is included just as it is.  Nothing pushed out, pushed away or gotten rid of.  You are with it all, inviting of it all, whether or not it is your preference.  Even though sensations, feelings or things may still be present that you don’t like or wish were different, you no longer resist their presence.  They are allowed to be as they are and as such you are free.

THERE IS NO OTHER

THERE IS NO OTHER

Unity is the one truth

We are all familiar with unity or oneness.  There is an innate impulse inside each of us towards unification.  That which feels or thinks itself separate hungers to come into connection with its otherness less it feels incomplete.  You could say that this unification impulse is what drives this entire universe.  The drive back towards itself.  If unity or oneness is truth then why is it that we perceive there to be an other or that things or people appear separate or distinct from us?

The easiest explanation for this is that “you” are misidentified.  You are identified with the appearance of you, meaning the body and mind-personality characteristics, habits and preferences that make up the “me” you think and feel yourself to be.  As long as you focus and see only the appearance and rely on your senses to tell you what you are, you will remain misidentified.  The you that you experience yourself to be on a day to day basis is not the you that you are.  In fact it is impossible to experience yourself as any thing at all, you can only be yourself.  You can only be because that is what you are.  The only way to experience yourself is to recognize that you are, that you be.  You cannot experience your true self through forms or thoughts because you are prior to and creator of all forms and thoughts.

All experience outside of directly recognizing your beingness is simple a projection of you (an appearance of you) and not the actual you.  Experiencer and experience are one because no experience can be experienced without the experiencer.  However when you are identified as the experience (meaning the sensations, thoughts and feelings that make up experience) without recognizing the experiencer you come to identify as the appearance.  Now separation seems to exist and a world of objects seems like the reality because you are disconnected from the source, from the experiencer, from you.  Thus the birth of the illusion of duality.   Duality or otherness appears, is perceived by you, solely because you are not in recognition of yourself.

This idea of otherness is so second nature to us that we assume it to be true nearly all of the time.  We don’t even just make “other” people other than us, we even fragment ourselves into multiple parts.  We say things like “well a part of me knows and a part of me doesn’t” or “a part of me wants this and a part of me doesn’t”.  Again this is so second nature to us that it seems normal, but it’s not.  Who is the other you?  Is there not just one you?  Show me this you that is other than you.  You cannot, because there is just one you.  One presence.  One beingness.  One being.

BECOMING COHERENT

The end of otherness

The sure fire fastest way to increase your coherence, your light, your alignment, and your frequency (which are all the same thing) is to dismantle your identification with the appearance and end your story of other.  When you perpetuate the perception of other, particularly other parts to your own being, you create mixed frequencies.  Mixed frequencies are by nature less coherent, contain less organized and efficient energy, and have capacity for less self-awareness.  They waver and flitter, they are not stabilized, typically they don’t work that well together and it takes a lot more energy to create anything from them.  When you are incoherent, aka innerly split, mixed and creating multiples of you, this is what you experience your life to be.

To end the story of parts of you and rest in the fact that there is only one of you requires that you take 100% responsibility for yourself.  What I mean by that is you can no longer project say “laziness”, or that you don’t have what you want or do what you want, on a part of you.  You can no longer say a part of you knows or a part of you doesn’t know.  You either know or you don’t know, you either do what you want or you don’t do what you want.  You either show up or you don’t.  You must realize and accept that you, the only you that there is, is the one choosing what is currently appearing on the screen of your awareness or the projection of experience.  There are no shades of grey here as attempting to create shades of grey only produces scattered energy that is fueled by doubt, questions and other mental strategies of avoidance and postponement.  Another name for this is suffering.

Turning your focus away from experience and towards that you be or that you are naturally opens up the realization of the experiencer and the absolute certainty and direct knowledge of unity.  The more you realize yourself the harder it is to continue the perception of separation until eventually it becomes impossible.

Increasing your coherency allows you to create much more effortlessly and to feel and be more rested in yourself even without the impulse to have to create or serve.  This rest is not in the appearance of you, but your actual self.  In fact the appearance can be turbulent yet you remain undisturbed.  Wars can be happening, mass chaos, things going on in your body, tensions, conflicts and disagreements can be occurring and you don’t get hooked into any of it.  Its doesn’t mean you don’t take action where you feel the impulse to take action, you simply don’t take any of it personal, because you know there isn’t a real separate person to take it personal.  You naturally exude confidence and freedom because that is your true nature.

This isn’t rocket science and its not that hard.  In fact this is the organic flow of evolution.  To evolve is to increase coherency, complexity and energy efficiency.  We feel pain and suffering when we fight this natural flow.  Coherency and harmony starts and ends with you, as you are one and all is you.

REMEMBERING

REMEMBERING

Who you are, what you are, why you are

We are all hungry to remember.  Remember who we are, what we are, why we are.  We have become so accustom to the black cloud of forgetfulness that most simply do not even realize that there is something to remember.  Yet there is often a deep longing for something that we can’t quite describe yet somehow know is there.  If we are lucky, which is simply another word for incredibly disciplined and focused, than that longing inspires us to seek.  Seeking are those actions, whether internal or external in nature, that we take which drive us into remembering.

Getting to a place of remembering is not a passive process and yet the paradox is that all that is required is to receive.  To enter into a state of receiving that which is already here and available to you.  In general most people are not very receptive.  They are filled with the contents of this dreamscape we call reality and there is no space for anything else to enter.  When the content of our beliefs and thoughts consumes us we are disconnected from the true reality of ourselves.  We think we are the character that we are playing in this dream and don’t see that we are the creator of it.  We miss the most obvious, and yet nearly all people miss the most obvious.  This is why nearly all of humanity is asleep even though their eyes are open.  Asleep because they lack awareness of their true self.  This creates a mundane, flat, and ordinary appearance and experience.

This disconnection from knowing ourselves leaves us feeling powerless, like we aren’t in charge and don’t have choice.  One of the most important aspects of remembering is your decision to decide that you can.  The indoctrinate of impossibility within which we are cloaked in must be pierced by you for you.  You must see that you can, and beyond that, that you must choose remembering for yourself.  It will not passively fall upon you.  That is not to say that there is no grace, because there is, however grace arrives when you’ve reached the edge of your purely devoted discipline to the seeking impulse to remember and know yourself beyond all else.

It may be strange for you to realize that you really don’t know who you are at all.  All that you know is what you think yourself to be and what you’ve been told you are.  Yet the you that is the real you cannot be touched, defined, labeled or put into any boxes.  The you that is the real you is free, unnamed, and inexhaustibly present and powerful.

WHY YOU ARE

Delivering what you came to deliver

Why are you may be the most important relative question to ask and answer.  One of the prime reasons that makes remembering who and what you are so important is so that you can deliver your why.  Your why is why you incarnated into this body and dream-human-reality in the first place.  Why are you even here?  Do you know?  Many do not.  They are simply going about the motions of being human, following the blueprints that are written inside this matrix reality that we currently live within, and many don’t question or seek beyond that programming.

What’s the value in seeking beyond the programming?  Well for starters everything becomes richer, more alive, brighter and infused with life.  Since we are the very essence of life, bringing ourselves back to life is a good start.  It is the how of how we bring the non-ordinary, magical, and colorful into our everyday lived experience.  This comes with the feeling state of love, bliss, ecstasy and greater unity with all.  It also breaks up our perception of a linear time-space continuum and opens us into different realms, places on our time line and a more multi-dimensional reality rather than a linearly directed one.  Seeking beyond the programming also allows you to bring through the ideas, gifts, energies, expressions and manifestations that you came here to bring through moment by moment and piece by piece.  Each one of us has a different flavor of uniqueness that we came here to create from and share, but if we don’t remember ourselves then it feels like a guessing game rather than a clear directed path and knowingness.

See the only thing that stands “in the way” of you remembering you and experiencing more life, are these programs of impossibility.  When we look through the lens of impossibility, then remembering feels hard and amount of energy we need to conjure up feels like more than we can access.  However when we look through the lens of possibility, even of maybe possible, then remembering feels lighter (because we are not weighed down by that impossibility belief) and the energy required is more available to us.

The golden key is in our remembrance.  We must wake ourselves up from our slumber, from our sleeping state of unconsciously living our lives, and remember that we are the creator of it.  The contents are not disconnected from the creator of them.  They exist only because of the creator.  But you are not the contents.  Through remembering your creator self you can consciously create and deliberately bring forth your desired playground.  This isn’t fantasy anymore than the fantasy of the current reality that we live.  We’ve simply created a fantasy-reality that is the current state, and we can rightfully and deservedly so create another seemingly different and more colorfully playful one that is filled levity and joy.  All that is required is for you to prioritize and outright demand from yourself to remember yourself above all else.  You can and you deserve it.  We all deserve it. Don’t settle for what has been issued out.  Decide what you want to create no matter how outrageous it may seem and go for it.  I mean what else is there to live for really.

LEFT OUT OF THE GLORY OF GOD

LEFT OUT OF THE GLORY OF GOD

Denying your Divinity

The primary drive of our soul is to remember and reunite with ourselves.  Most have completely forgotten their truest essence and only think or know conceptually what spirit is.  We have built up layers of beliefs (aka defenses) that perpetuate the experience of disconnection and separation from our goodness and the glory of God.  What do I mean by glory of God?  Simply the purest, most distilled, refined and inherently perfect and good true nature of ourselves.  We are God, we are the Creator, we are the perfection of all that is expressed through this human form, and yet we deny, push away or resist this thus resisting ourselves and creating a lived reality of suffering, pain and disconnection.

The spiritual journey is the remembering, reclaiming and reuniting with that which we already are and have always been.    You have never ever been anything but God expressed through a myriad of various forms, whose form is currently this human body.  The beliefs that keep you in resistance and denial to fully knowing this operate ever so subtlety underneath your conscious awareness.  This is why it is important to never stop seeking to know yourself.  To commit full heartedly to the journey over and over and over again, as without your devoted commitment you postpone the remembering of yourself.

Why do we resist what we are?  Why do we resist that we are good, pure and perfect?  Simply because we don’t believe it.  That’s it.  Its really that simple.  We don’t believe it.  Why don’t we believe it?  We don’t believe it because people, who also don’t know themselves, who don’t know their inherently perfect divine self, have conditioned our thinking mind-matrix to be in alignment with theirs.  We’ve agreed, consciously or not, to abide by others rules and stories so that we fit in with them, so that our needs and wants are taken care of and so that we aren’t left out.  In choosing to not feel left out on a societal and relational level we have given away our own true knowing of ourselves.  Anything that feels like it might threaten our basic human needs or wants for resources, love or connection takes precedence over divine connection.  To accept or believe that we are good, perfect, divine and complete throws a wrench into our entire internal system and threatens everything we think we know and everything we think we need.

BEING THE CREATOR

Self-Empowered

We hear so much these days that we are the creator, but is this something that we just say in spiritual circles to feel cool or do we really, really get it.  Do we really get just how powerful we are or do we still think that our lives are happening to us kind of randomly?  Many people think they are more self-empowered than they actually are.  By in large people are living disempowered even if they are doing and saying all of the right things and in all the right spiritual communities.  Only if you are fully rested in your perfect wholeness and without personal bias are you truly self-empowered.

We tend to view a self-empowered person as one who is manifesting everything they want and living in alignment with their personal dreams.  What this tends to look like is having an aligned job, standing up for all the right causes, having a healthy body, having seamless relational dynamics, and having all of your desires (physical and nonphysical) met. Many, many strive for this, and while it is a step on the developmental ladder, it is not full self-empowerment.  Full self-empowered living is not about having the perfect spiritual appearance of life, its about knowing that you are complete perfection no matter what.

Being fully self-empowered paradoxically has very little to do with you at the personality-physical expression level at all, even though this is what we tend to associate it with.  To be truly self-empowered is to recognize that your personal preferences, desires and life, while relatively important for this moment in space-time, have very little ultimate importance.  This may sting a little at first thought as you might want to hold onto your personal agendas, significance and righteousness.  Feelings of confusion, aimlessness or directionlessness that are along the lines of “well if I’m not that, or this thing I care about isn’t important, than what/who am I” may also arise.  This is not the ultimate goal however as we let go of the limited perspective of self with limited power, which is often all we’ve ever known up to this point, we enter a mysterious emptiness that is frequently uncomfortable and disturbing to the personality mind that likes to always be in the know.

Many are suffering because they are placing too much attention and giving too much significance to their small selves.  In my opinion this is actually an epidemic in personal growth and spiritual communities.   Yes we want practices and skills to dismantle the beliefs that keep us separate and keep us out of our true glory as God, yet frequently we don’t realize that this means that ultimately we have to let go of this idea that we have of a separate, disconnected and worthless self all together.  Its funny that we often don’t realize this end goal if you will to personal growth work.  That we must divorce or break up with our thoughts/beliefs that insist on our lack of complete perfection and goodness.  To not do so and to continue to insist on your worthlessness, is actually a selfishly arrogant act that sucks the energy and life out everything around it and postpones your joy and happiness.  To deny, push away, or resist that which you are, is energy depleting for you and all around you.  The fastest way to self-empowerment and self-knowing is to stop insisting that you suck.

We are not a separate entity/person no matter how much appearances seem that way.  There is no such thing.  We could not be disconnected from God if we tried.  We are one, we are God, no division, no separation.  To be self-empowered means to love self and know self as Love.  There is no higher commitment than to be fully devoted to that knowing.

Soul Alignment

Soul Alignment

Connecting to the sound of you

Licht Transformation Blau WeißWhat does it mean to align to your soul?  We all have a purpose or calling as to why we are here.  There is an intention and a desire to express this intention into manifestation that guides our life behind the scenes so to speak.  Some people refer to this as a blueprint, which is a map of sorts that we follow consciously or unconsciously.  It is what brings particular people and experiences to us, it’s responsible for the perspectives and views we have about life, and it lays the foundation for our beliefs, all so that we can learn/express a particular theme which we came here to play out.

Many people are not aware of their blueprint or what they came here to learn and share.  It’s as if a cloud came over our knowing and blocked the ray of sunlight of awareness of our soul.  Thus we experience this subtle, or not so subtle for some, feeling of disconnection and confusion nearly continuously.  We have become so accustomed to feeling this way that we’ve normalized disconnection and come to seek stability, safety and comfort in this external world rather than seek an inner knowing of ourselves.

In order to hear the sound of your soul the desire must arise inside of you to know yourself.  The clouds that lay over your knowing are thick making it appear as if they are solid, impenetrable structures from which nothing can see through.  The only impulse that can pierce those seemingly solid clouds is your intensely committed and focused energy to know what is on the other side of them.  It is through the intensity of your commitment and focus to know yourself that you make contact with your soul and see your blueprint, your purpose and calling for being incarnated as who you are now.

Aligning with and hearing your soul requires your complete devotion to that single focus above all else.  That means above what you sometimes think is supposed to happen or want to happen.  It requires full detachment from the physical person-centric life as a source of comfort and a resting into nonphysical aspects of yourself.  Your commitment to your purpose for incarnation and what you are here to learn/express must be prioritized more than any material or relational comfort you find yourself attached to.  It must become your default reference point so that in each and every moment your every thought and action comes from being rested in your soul.  It is from here that true clarity, connection and knowingness arises, which is an inherent effect of you knowing yourself.

Becoming your calling

Your calling made manifest

JourneyKnowing your calling requires that you hear the call.  What called you here?  Was it the sound of millions or even billions of people asking for help and seeking clarity and connection despite feeling lost and separate?  For many of us here at this time it is this very thing that called us into incarnation.  We came to shine light, express love and assist people in reconnecting and remembering themselves.  This calling that we have all answered, that has brought us here in this very moment, has also allowed us to bring our perspectives, our energetic templates and ways of seeing and knowing here with us.  The perspectives that we carry may not be novel to us, but they are novel for many people on this planet.  Novel perspectives (plus our inherent energetic constitutions) allow for different seeing, which brings with it new possibilities for creation on this planet.

Most of our callings are simple.  To be who we are and share how we see is what creates an impact, yet many of us get lost when we come here to this planet.  We forget ourselves by getting consumed with the perspectives of our immediate environment which narrow and shut down our forgetting even further.  Our focus gets wrapped up in what the collective values and because we’ve lost sight of ourselves we follow the collective unconscious/asleep crowd.  We devalue our knowings and our perspectives until we no longer even remember them.  This is how we forget and how we stop hearing the call that brought us here in the first place.

The good news is that you are your calling.  There isn’t any special thing that you need to do or add to yourself.  You had everything you needed to complete your calling before you were even born.  That should feel relieving.  You already know and have all the resources that you need to be yourself even if you have forgotten why you are here.  However to feel the fulfillment that comes with living your calling it is helpful to learn to connect to and remember it.  If you don’t you may feel like you are drifting rather than feeling that deliberate, intentional, purpose driven life.

The truth is you are always in alignment, you are always in some way answering the call that called you here, because just by your very being you cannot not be.  Yet your experience may not always feel like it is aligned to you.  This is important.  This is the way that you are directing and guiding your own self.  You must listen to when you feel out of alignment and follow whatever impulse or intuition you must to feel in alignment again, because this is where deep fulfillment lives.  When you feel fulfilled and aligned you perceive a universe that is abundant and perfect.  Don’t forget that your perspective is what creates the universe you experience and thus reality.  This is the very reality that you came here to help the collective you see differently.  So by bringing yourself into right relationship and perspective within yourself you answer your calling.  This is the difference between consciously being your calling rather than unconsciously being it.  You have a responsibility to yourself to hear the call and align yourself fully with the call, so that you are consciously creating this thing called life and bringing into manifestation the world you truly desire.

Inter-dimensional Seeing

Inter-Dimensional Seeing

Sight between worlds

A crystal ball in the smoke. A magical accessory in the woods onSeeing in between worlds isn’t something that is just some new-age spiritual idea or concept that only a select number of “psychic” people can do. Seeing in between worlds or what I will call inter-dimensional seeing, is as tangible as seeing with your physical eyes, though in my experience it is a very different type of seeing.  It is like an expanded, more inclusive seeing or a seeing through and beyond just the physical 3D world.  It is just as clear as seeing with your physical eyes, but not necessarily visually clear (I will explain that more below).  These other dimensions don’t just magically appear and disappear, they are always there, it’s simply that most of the time people are not placing their focus onto them, which makes them either seem non-existent or like they are coming in and out of reality.

As strange as this may sound inter-dimensional seeing does not occur with your physical eyes, again at least not in my experience.  We are so used to ascribing the idea of seeing to our physical sense of sight and yet we can see without our physical eyes.  Take dream time for example.  Have you ever pondered how you see in your dreams when you are not using your physical eyes to see what you see?  This is because awareness sees, not the physical eyes themselves.  Due to the fact that you are awareness and not your eyes this means that wherever you choose to place your focus and attention is what allows you to tune into and notice what is there.  For this reason it is evident that awareness is not limited by physical sight (or any physical sense for that matter) and this requires us to expand our definition of sight.

Our physical senses are wired to pick up sensory information.  For the eyes that information is a very narrow frequency range of light waves.  These light waves, plus the the meaning that we give to them, is what we call our world or our reality, and most people stop there.  However information comes in many ways that are 1) non-sensorial, meaning not sensory oriented and 2) there are “normal” ranges of frequencies that our sense organs attune to, however these ranges can be expanded.  Simply because our physical senses “can’t” pick up a particular type of information, does not mean that that information cannot be known in other ways or that sensory input beyond our normal range cannot be experienced.

Seeing without Sight

Learning to increase your energy state & focus your awareness

Woman with third eye, psychic supernatural sensesMany people try to expand their perceptual abilities through trying to see or feel harder with their physicality, as if more effort will help them see or feel more.  The truth is that the fastest way to stretch your sensorial range or to tune into information beyond the senses is to relax the body-mind as much as possible.  It is through relaxing physical and mental tensions that information can more easily be accessed.  This makes logical sense and yet we so often want to “do” something to make things happen, and as crazy as it sounds, to be still and allow is often hard for us.  If we do allow ourselves to relax and get still we often will get impatience or bored because we want immediate gratification or “proof” right away less we give up.  We also tend to get easily distracted by thoughts, feelings and ordinary physical sensations which don’t leave us much space to tune into anything else.  In a nutshell most people are undisciplined in what they give their awareness and attention to, which makes going beyond into new territory challenging.  Due to this most people call inter-dimensional seeing simply new-age mysticism or deem it as made up stuff or something that is impossible for them.

You might be wondering what it is like to receive information that is non-sensorial or expanded sensorial.  I’d imagine that it is different for everyone, however I do believe that there are particular patterns to it and experiences that are similar for most people.  For me it is like tuning into a wider energetic range or broadcasting system.  The more deliberate, intentional and clear I am in my focus the easier it is to receive information here.  My physical senses have very little to do with my ability to receive this information.  It is as if I am using something beyond my senses to know.  I still see the physical world with my eyes and hear the physical world with my ears, and simultaneously there is a going beyond the physicality.  For me the actual physical world doesn’t change much when I am receiving information at this level, meaning appearances with my physical eyes look exactly the same.  I don’t see the formless or another dimension suddenly appear into form, but instead a greater level of energy and activity becomes available.  That energy and activity is sometimes visual, sometimes auditory, sometimes felt and sometimes it’s none of those things.

That increase in energy, along with your capacity to focalize your awareness, is what I have come to find increases your capacity to see inter-dimensionally.  Ironically enough emptying yourself of internal content is what allows you to increase your energy state as you become less bound and more free in your state of being.  Deliberating tuning your awareness on what you want to access is the next piece and is dependent on you disciplining your mind to focus on just one thing.  As you do its as if the brightness increases on just that one thing and things come into “form” that were previously unknown to you.  At first you may just get glimpses and tastes and with more practice entire worlds or dimensions may come into view.  Just like everything else it is up to you to see more, to perceive beyond the ordinary and begin to know a larger reality than the one you’ve known.

Everything is energy

Everything is energy

Beyond perceiving meaning

Sacred geometry symbols and elements background. Alchemy, religiEverything is energy.  We have all heard this, but what exactly does that mean and how do you perceive it?  Well the truth is you are already perceiving energy everywhere.  Even though things may seem solid, physical and real to you as you look at and feel them, the truth is that you are really just looking at and feeling energy.  Its simply that you have been taught labels and given things meaning so what you perceive is those labels and meanings rather than what is actually there.  If you suspended all of your labels and meanings all you would see is light (aka energy) because that is what everything is.

Due to the fact that we have all been conditioned to death with meaning since the moment we were born, and most of us seek more meaning because that’s what we been taught to do, we are constantly creating separation where there is none.  Any time that you create meaning you create distinction and thus separation.  Separation equals suffering.  Ultimately nothing is inherently separate, you just keep creating that illusion in your own mind through your incessant meaning making, and thus create suffering for yourself.

Many times when people get interested in energy, healing or subtle energetics, they try to see something other than what is.  Like some other magical thing is supposed to appear to them.  Typically, at least in my experience, this strategy is not helpful.  You are not trying to see something other than what is there, you are just seeing what is there by forgetting what you’ve learned to see.  This may seem like semantics to you, but I assure that it is not.  When we believe appearances we are lost to seeing what actually is, as appearances are simply things we’ve labelled as something in particular.

I have found frequently that as people go through this awakening of sorts of beginning to perceive what they label as “energy”, that they make it another object.  Essentially what they have done is given some meaning to the “energy” they are now sensing/perceiving and this births a whole set of ideas of good/bad energy or trying to avoid, move, or manipulate energy somehow.  They’ve taken that same meaning based strategy and pasted it onto the more formless aspect of being that is coming into their awareness.  So even though they may be learning how to perceive beyond certain meanings that they have given to things, their stage of developmental consciousness progression has not yet shifted beyond separation.  What I’m saying here is that being able to perceive “energy” in a more formless state does not make you more evolved than some other person who does not yet think that they perceive energy.   What really matters is making the shift in your awareness from perceiving separation into perceiving inseparable unity.

Your energy bodies

Unwinding and unbinding

Outer space. Meditation. This brings us to your energy body.  We all have multiple layers to our energy body.   The first layer, if you will, is the physical body (which we are most identify as), then a subtle body (which is associated with our emotional body), beyond that a mental/wisdom body, beyond that a soul/bliss body, and beyond that the one body/being or pure awareness.  All of these bodies are accessible and perceivable to anyone, each one begin more expansive and formless then the one previous to it.  The degree of relevance for your journey at this time, and your desire to perceive the various level of your bodies, will determine your experience of them.

The subtle body, which again is related with the emotional body, is often what is waking up into awareness when people talk about being able to perceive energy as if its another object out there.  People often report seeing colors or visions, feeling vibrations or densities, hearing things and the like.  Essentially we might put all of this into the category of extrasensory perception.  It is also not uncommon that as people’s systems unwind tension that they begin to perceive in this way.  The more that we perceive and create meanings and labels, the more our spinal cords and nervous systems respond to those perceptions, and develop spinal distortion/tension/twisting patterns through which then experience the world through.  Those patterns become the filters through which we perceive everything.  We often simply experience this as tension, pain or the inability to fully relax and we really don’t know what else is going on underneath it all.

Tension patterns keep us more bound, and thus perceiving only the physical appearance/label of things.  As we unwind and unbind, things begin to lose some that seeming solidity that we once thought that they had.  The less that we can create the tendency to label things the more our awareness will be able to progress further into our more expansive bodies.  Its important to remember that no awareness of self or of your various bodies is necessarily better or worse, its all inclusive of the previous layers.  It is however helpful to cultivate a desire inside yourself to experience yourself beyond and beyond and beyond if that so resonates with you, as it is through that desire that the path of further awakening will reveal itself to you.

So I invite you to explore meaninglessness.  See what it is like to not know what it is you are looking at or touching.  Begin to empty yourself out of all your learned content about what is, who you are, and appearances.  Expect nothing, and that which is already, always there will be seen.  Remember energy/light is all there is, but don’t hold onto that as a concept, simply remember it and let it go.  Recognize that distinctions are illusionary and separation has never existed and you will begin to directly experience and know that world of inseparable aliveness of which you are.

Intervention to Co-creation

Intervention to Co-creation

The aliveness of everything

Woman touching planet earth of energy consumption of humanity atMany of us have a hunger to make a difference, contribute and add something of value to this life.  This often comes with the idea of upgrading something that is already here or creating something new all together so that our expression can make an impact.  In this way we must do something onto life, aka intervene in some way, in order to make a difference.

Sometimes this can feel like trying to move a concrete wall with our bare hands.  Particularly if we view that which we are attempting to change as inactive or non-participatory in the creation process.  To intervene implies that “I”, separate from “you”, must do something to “you” in order to make a change.  In this example “you” could be another person or it could be the material, system or structure that you are working with.

Everything in creation has essence, meaning everything is made up of the same stuff, whether or not its animate or inanimate.  Everything is the stuff of thought.  There is a hierarchical order in a way, which is dependent on degree of awareness of self, which creates the seeming difference between perceived objects that we see.  Like say the difference we perceive between a chair and another human being, the human being having more awareness of self than the chair.  The more aware you are of self the more highly organized your system will become (hence why a human being is more complex than a chair), yet the essence of what is remains the same throughout; unchanged and ever present.

In this way whatever you are working with is alive and because of that there is an alchemy that arises between you and that which you are working with to “intervene” upon.  I often think that we forget or have not fully realized that everything that we interact with is alive and therefore there is not anything that we independently do even if it seems that we are working on or doing something alone.

Recognition of alchemy leads to co-creation

Self- awareness is the active participatory role

All seeing eye inside triangle pyramid.Attempting to manipulate or control something that is seemingly exterior to us is an exhausting job, yet this is what many of our interventions, jobs, passions, missions, creations, etc., have come down to.  This is why so many people are stressed out and in resistance to life rather than in flow with it.  Even if our intentions are pure and our hearts are devoted to service, if we haven’t recognized the aliveness of everything (also known as the free-will of everything) then we are operating in a “me over here and the world over there paradigm.”  We are disconnected from that which we are, as an individuated expression of a one larger beingness of everything.

The recognition of this larger truth of who you are allows you to recognize the alchemy that arises between individuated expressions of this one being.  For example when you and I come together for entrainment or an SRI session there is an unique alchemy of me with each one of you.  In this way no two are the same.  Each interaction being co-created by our unique energetic signatures, or our unique expressions of the one being, coming into the same space-time location.  In this way each being’s free will is honored.

The active participatory role that each being, material, structure or system plays is simply the pure expression of what it knows itself to be.  This active role is not a “doing” in the traditional sense that we think of, but instead an awareness of self that in and of itself produces activity, which could also be named as alertness, presence or brightness.  Again through this recognition of the activity or aliveness of all things you realize that you could never do anything alone even if you wanted too.  Everything is a co-creation.

Rather than having to be the one that knows it all, the accomplisher, or carrying the burden of responsibility of being a sole creator who is intervening to make the difference, you can recognize that you are co-creating with everything and everyone.  Its not just all up to the individual you.  Each of us create together simply through the essence we emit.  We tend to attract to us those beings, structures and systems that we have resonance with, whose energetic signatures complement our own in some way, so that the alchemy of the coming together creates something anew which can only be created through that coming together.

Tasting beyond the ordinary

Tasting beyond the ordinary

Deepening & expanding into more of you

Child Sailing in Water on Umbrella BoatWe get glimpses into beyond the ordinary.  Many of us have tasted these glimpses, some more than others.  They often come with a sense of synchronicity, lightness, aliveness, lucidity, energy, peace, and bliss.  There is frequently not a care as to what others think about you and a clarity, knowing and resting in yourself.  These are the states of being which we most often desire and seek after as the baseline from which we experience all of life.

Whether you’ve had one, or a thousand tastes beyond the ordinary, it really truly doesn’t matter.  You are not better or more spiritual if you’ve had more tastes.  People often confuse experiences with who they are.  Defining yourself by the experiences with which you’ve had or not had is a slippery slope into self-comparison, separation and judgment.

It can seem paradoxical when a person appears to be able to penetrate into deeper or more expanded states of being and yet on a personality level there are parts of them that aren’t congruent or fully aligned.  Perhaps you have even had this experience yourself.  Where you’ve been able to experience yourself beyond the ordinary yet you continue to get caught in fear, worry, mistrust and making sure people like you.

So why the incongruence?  Why can we taste ourselves beyond the ordinary (sometimes over and over and over again) and not fully integrate that into our beingness?  The answer lies within our personality and our humanness.  Many of us may not even want to admit to ourselves that we are indeed currently human, but we are.  Being human requires that we take on particular distortions of personality that go along with the human experience.  These distortions are not the ultimate truth of who we are, but we tend to believe them because they are what we know ourselves to be from this human perspective.  The level to which we believe the distortions to be true will be the level at which there is incongruency in our system between living in the ordinary and living beyond ordinary experiencing.

Intensifying the light

Relating to life from expanded self-awareness

Sun SkyBeyond ordinary, or that state of peace, bliss, and aliveness is always present, always here.  The more times you taste it doesn’t make it more here.  It doesn’t come and go.  What comes and goes is your relationship to it and to life.

Ultimately what those tastes beyond ordinary do create is an opportunity for the breakdown and dissolution of the distorted perceptions, beliefs and thoughts, that interfere with you recognizing the bliss that’s always here.  This is one of the reasons why spinal entrainments are useful.  They give your system a taste, an opportunity, to experience and thus know itself beyond the ordinary, to whatever degree your system feels safe enough to do so or is currently relevant for you.  If however you get that taste and then simply fall back into the same ways of relating to life, then you haven’t fully seized the opportunity that’s been presented.

When the intensity and frequency of light/energy gets amplified, the veil of illusion of separation gets increasingly permeable and the opportunity for penetration beyond ordinary increasingly probable.  This is what I do, and the opportunity I offer people, when I work with them in my office.  When your awareness is at this level of realization there is a higher order of intelligence and energy available and an increasing capacity to be self-aware.    This mean you can see more clearly yourself, your patterns, your habits, your stories, at whatever pace and to whatever degree is relevant for you.

That higher order intelligence which sees and knows is you, but from the perspective of being human it simply informs you.  In this way you are self-informed and self-organizing.  There are no “outside” magical forces.  It is just a bigger soup of you, in which you are now able to make contact with.  That which you then are able to see and recognize in this more expanded state of yourself, you must take action on within this human level of experiencing.  This is how you change how you relate and eventually integrate that state of peace and bliss as your baseline experiencing.

Many people see themselves in this light of awareness, but then refuse to or don’t take action, so they then go back into forgetting, and thus ordinary experiencing.  They go back behind the veil until the next opportunity where the intensity and frequency of light/energy is such that they can penetrate beyond it again, see themselves more clearly again and take new action.

Empathy & empowered feeling

Empowered feeling

Emotional resilience

Woman with heart. Lotus positionMany people have a story that their feelings are too much and as such feel a like a victim to their emotions.  They try their best to not feel certain emotions as they fear that the emotion will overcome them and they will be lost in a particular feeling state indefinitely.  In this scenario what is happening is that we are giving away our power to our emotions.  We are essentially saying that our emotions are bigger than us (rather than a transitory aspect which we experience) and we are not realizing that we are the creator of our emotions to begin with.

When we don’t realize that we are the creator of our emotions than we will always feel on some level like they are simply happening to us.  When we have this relationship of emotions happening to us we often feel powerless to change the way that we feel.  This can leave us feeling trapped until either the emotional state or the active trigger which seemed to create the emotional state passes.

There is a way beyond having to wait it out, but it requires you to step into the next level of knowing yourself as the creator of your life, including your emotional state of being.  This is what I call having emotional resilience and empowered feeling.  It implies that you know you are the creator of your feeling states and thus you are ultimately in charge of how you are feeling at any given moment.  It means that you have to step completely out of the frame of mind that something can “happen to you” and realize that you are choosing what you experience.  This can be a big step especially when something really feels like it has a hold of us and we’ve completely lost sight of ourselves.

This shift in consciousness and in identity is what allows you to take full responsibility for your feeling state.  In this way you can feel whatever you feel without needing to blame people, triggers, circumstances or conditions.  You realize that you are ultimately in charge and ultimately the only one who can change your emotional state of being at any moment.

Empathy

Feeling beyond our own skin line

oneness fieldThis moves us now to feeling beyond our own emotional states into the world of empathy or feeling others.  Empathy is actually our natural state of being. I find it ironic that people have found a way to pathologize that which is inherent to us and to seek ways to treat it.  Someone has actually coined an “empathy disorder” characterized as someone who is too sensitive to the emotions and energy of people, animals and the environment beyond their conscious control.  The condition implies, as all do, that you are somehow a victim to what you feel/experience, rather than the knowledge that you are again ultimately the creator of all that you experience.

I want to invite the perspective here that to be un-empathetic or non-sensitive is actually to be disconnected from your feeling body.  Part of being human is that we have an emotional body, to feel is natural, and to feel beyond one’s own skin line or to perceive feeling in that which is seemingly distinct and separate from you, such as another human being, plant or animal, is simply the waking up of your interconnectedness with all.  It is not a pathology, it is who and what you actually are beyond duality.

Historically most all feeling, whether within or outside your own skin line, has been labeled as non-rational, hysteric or even impossible. In that way we have come to permission/create some feelings and not others. We’ve also learned through cultural conditioning that some feelings are bad or wrong, while others are good or right.  As you suspend your need to label some emotions as bad, wrong or too much, you will stop finding the need to pathologize your feelings and realize the gift of feeling and empathy.  The true pathology or problem is not in feeling or in being sensitive, but instead in repressing or dampening out that which you do feel. To feel is what is required to bring humanness back to being human, to bridge the gap of the illusion of our separateness from one another and wake up to the fact that we are ultimately one being.

Embrace your feelings, stop labeling them and stop judging yourself for having them. Rejoice that you can actually feel as there are many who still can’t find or feel their emotions. Know that you are the ultimate creator of all feeling.  Your feeling, your sensitivity, is an enormous gift that this world needs. Please recognize it as such and continue boldly in feeling all that which desires to be felt through you.
